How does billing work?
You are billed monthly based on the $49 platform fee plus the number of active trucks and machines in your account. Add or remove assets at any time — billing adjusts the following month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no minimum terms, no setup fees, and no lock-in periods. You pay month to month for exactly what you have.
What counts as a machine vs a truck?
Machinery includes excavators, dump trucks, wheel loaders, motor graders, bulldozers, cranes, forklifts, water trucks, and other plant assets. Trucks covers light vehicles, rigid trucks, and semi trailers operating on public roads.
Do I need to pay extra for supported platforms?
No. All supported platforms are included in the $49 platform fee.
Can I start with just trucks or just machinery?
Yes. Start with whatever assets you want to connect first. You can add additional asset types at any time — billing simply reflects what is active in your account.
