How does billing work?
You are billed monthly based on the $49 platform fee plus the number of active trucks and machines in your account. Add or remove assets at any time — billing adjusts the following month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There are no minimum terms, no setup fees, and no lock-in periods. You pay month to month for exactly what you have.
What counts as a machine vs a truck?
Machinery includes excavators, dump trucks, wheel loaders, motor graders, bulldozers, cranes, forklifts, water trucks, and other plant assets with OEM telematics connections. Trucks covers light vehicles, rigid trucks, and semi trailers operating on public roads with connected fuel and mileage data sources.
Do I need to pay for integrations?
No. All data integrations are included in the $49 platform fee — there are no per-integration charges.
Can I start with just trucks or just machinery?
Yes. Start with whatever assets you want to connect first. You can add additional asset types at any time — billing simply reflects what is active in your account.
When is Pro Insights available?
