Divisions

How divisions work

Divisions are optional. An account with none looks the same as it does today. Each division is $10 per month, NZD ex GST, added to the subscription.

Set up and compare
Create a division in Settings, then rename it, delete it, and choose its divisional managers. Assign each asset to one division from the Assets page. Division comparison lines the divisions up for a date range, including assets that are not in a division yet. A Division menu on the analyst pages limits that page to one division.

A divisional manager sees the assets in the divisions they manage, and jobs that use those assets. Job cost counts their assets only. They cannot create or edit jobs. If they are allowed to edit assets, they can update those assets and add one into a division they manage. They cannot delete an asset or move it to another division. Billing, team, integrations, upload, and division comparison stay with the account owner.

Set Your Fuel Price
Enter your current bulk diesel price per litre in Settings. This is applied to all machinery fuel calculations from your OEM telematics data.

Schedule Your Reports
On the Integrations page, copy your FleetMagnify upload address. In your telematics or fuel card provider, schedule or send the report to that address. Your data flows in automatically once the report has been received.
